Delayed writing a review because it's been hectic. Long story short, we came here for Thanksgiving dinner and my family all left happy and full. Two of us had the thanksgiving meal while others opted for a non traditional Italian Thanksgiving- eggplant parm. Service was good, it was my first time visiting but my parents love it so that's where we went while visiting for Thanksgiving. Reservations were easy and they even followed up prior to to confirm the time and number in our party. Good food and service.

Great food! They made everything to our liking. The service was nice. It was a little crowded when we went but that's not their fault. I suppose it's a good thing.

Best meal in Kingston. After a long bike ride, this place was great quality taste. I felt like we were tapping into a spirit of Kingston, by visiting such a historic anchor to the city. Crystal was our server. She was super kind and always attended to us. She gave us great recommendations, the chicken parm. 100% recommend this dish. Get it with penne pasta. The chicken is extremely well prepared. The marinara sauce on top is so juicy. We also got an October special. Linguine with pinenuts, prosciutto, and figs. It was a very sweet pasta, kind of tasted like a dessert. I really enjoyed the freshness and that that dish was. Complementary bread was appreciated. The Zeppoli was very tasty.

I have never left a review before but I had such a great experience here that I had to. Michelle and Crystal behind the bar were so welcoming and friendly and attentive and just all around great ladies! I came for the burrata and I'm so glad I did because it was beyond delicious! What a great atmosphere and such a friendly staff. If I lived here I'd go there every week!

Favorite Italian restaurant in Kingston. We went there with a big family group. The appetizers were delicious.,mamas meatballs were one and garlic bread with melted mozzarella stole the show, so good. We had a lot of mains that were delicious. Hubby loved his veal parmigiana, I loved my shrimp fra diavolo, others had linguini aragosta, daughter had gnocchi in vodka sauce, so many delicious entrees. We had a few desserts, the black and white mousse cake was amazing. Others like tiramisu. All in all a wonderful meal, great service. The restaurant staff really make you feel comfortable like you are part of their family. I would highly recommend eating here.

With 50 minutes to spare before closing and at least 20 minutes to get there, I called just to make sure it was safe to go for dinner. When Terri told me over the phone that we're "fine", we burned rubber. Located in the Midtown Kingston area, Frank G's is about as serious as it gets for Italian food made the right way. No impostors. Just run by a passionate, Italian family serving a wonderful mix of staples and other surprises. The inside is extra. Tons of space up front by the bar area and lots more seating towards the back in a cozier setting. There might even be an upstairs- but that's just a guess. Our server Amanda was spot on and incredibly polite. Between our drinks, their homemade olive oil spiked with all these herbs, our Burrata+Strawberry Bruschetta and Caesar salad starters, they were all on point. Hubs devoured his Chicken Parm and said to me that if I did eat poultry, I would've loved their tomato-only sauce. My Shrimp Scampi had a scrumptious garlic bite. If only the shrimp were a tad bigger(?). We seriously couldn't do dessert this time- but there will be a next. This is where you need to come to satisfy your Italian food cravings with an extra dose of friendliness. Frank G.'s marks the go-to place for many celebrities. That aside, the atmosphere here is alive and not uptight. Terri was wonderful and greeted us instantly. But my girl Michelle the hostess with the mostest, has the warmest vibe ever! Gracias!

This was an excellent place to hold our Kiwanis event for a Governor's visit. I came up here from Long Island. It was a very easy trip and the restaurant has plenty of parking in a lot facing them. It is very centrally located in downtown Kingston. I have been here before and was definitely looking forward to some really good food. The restaurant is very rustic with plenty of light from windows and electric but... not too much, so it stays cozy and warm. After a few minutes of a meet and greet, the amazing-helpful staff, who were so attentive to us, opened the buffet for our excellent meal. Salad, Penne a la Vodka, Meatballs & Sausage and Chicken Francaise. All foods that I can just eat and eat. Everything was extremely tasty and hot. I love their meatballs and sausage. Plenty of delicious meat in an extremely tasty-rich marinara sauce. The chicken is just tremendous, tender and tasty. They certainly have the formula correct at Franks. I am definitely looking forward to another return trip here. It's well worth the car ride. KUDOs to the team at Frank Guido's Little Italy.
